About Me/ Company

I am 23. I studied the national certificate in the management of horses and then two years of advanced national diploma animal management all at Duchy College in Cornwall.
I studied for three years at Duchy then went travelling for three months around Central America, visiting Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. I then came back to reality and it took me three months before I got the job I'm in now as a full time Animal Care Assistant at a Veterinary Refferal Specialist centre. I have now been there for nearly a year.
I will be leaving my job and relocating from Devon to Cheshire as I've been offered a place at Reaseheath College to study the Foundation Degree with honours in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I want to look for a part time job on this website as I would love to carry on working with animals during my studies to gain more experience and knowledge in the field in which I want to have a career in.

Previous Experience

I worked as a groom for both an elderly women who owned four horses, mucking out, turning out, rugging up and feeding and for a Equine Veterinary Clinic doing various jobs such as feeding, grooming, mucking out etc.
I have worked at a Veterinary Referral Specialist centre for the last year as an Animal Care Assistant.
