About Me/ Company

I have a wide variety in my interest in hobbies and skills. I’m very keen to learn and am not afraid of hard work. Taking on the challenge of the Junior Sports Leadership Award has really built up my confidence as a person. I have developed my skills in leadership and communication by taking this award which I feel is valuable in any job.

Previous Experience

September 2011 Practical Animal Handerling and Health checking sessions
June 2012 I undertook 6 hours every Wednesday on various animals. Dogs,
Cats, Rodents, Reptiles, Donkeys, Alpacas, Birds and exotic animals.
Performing Husbandry duties, Health checking and enrichment
Ideas also improving the safety and accommodation.
Every other Thursday for 2 Hours I undertook duties of health
Checking and husbandry on Farm Livestock animals. As well as
Practical lessons I undertook Theory lessons which has given me a
Qualification in Level 2 Animal Care with an overall Distinction.

August 2012 Bird of Prey Handerling
During the summer of 2012 I undertook a session of handerling
Falcons, Hawks, Barn owls and Pigeons were I learnt how to
Safely Walk into an enclosure, what equipment to wear, how to
Hold birds Of prey to protect yourself and also the birds and
Identifying and Health problems to look out for.
