About Me/ Company

I have grown up with dogs all of my life, my family have had 3 dogs in my lifetime including a Border Collie x Springer Spaniel, an English Pointer and we currently have a 2 year old German Pointer who is the most playful and boisterous dog I have ever met, and I love her to bits, however she lives in cumbria with my parents and I'm up in newcastle. I absolutely LOVE dogs and would love to have one however at the moment I am studying a masters in paediatric nursing, and with my partner also returning to university t don't have the time or the money to give a dog the perfect home! All of my family have had dogs who I have looked after from small border terriers and jack russels to weimaraners and labradors! I would love some dog time for walks and sleepovers until I can afford to get one of my own!

Qualifications & Training

I am a naturally caring and responsible person, and am currently in my final year of studying to become a registered paediatric nurse which entails caring for children in hospital with specific illness and diseases. I have previously studied a BSc in Psychology and worked as a Youth Development Worker, with youth offenders and alongside the connexions team. I have looked after/ owned dogs my entire life and my family currently have a 2 year old- extremely boisterous German Pointer named Hattie who I miss very much as she lives 2 hours away in Cumbria. I would love to have a dog to love and take for walks along the beach, however due to both me and my partner being mature students we don't have enough time or money to give a dog the perfect home! I love dogs and cannot wait to be a dog owner once again, therefore need some doggy time in my life! :)
