About Me/ Company
Hi, my name is Tracey. Yappy Chaps is managed and run by myself and Poppy - my Golden Retriever - whom I adore. Poppy just loves her job as senior partner to Yappy Chaps, as she gets to go out on great adventures with her doggies friends every day! I began my business by spending a lot of time helping a close friend out with her doggie day care and dog hotel in Sussex. This is where my love and passion for dogs grew. The dogs made me laugh and smile so much and being in nature was an extra added bonus.
So I decided to set up my own dog care business and to this day I have never looked back. In my previous employment I spent many years teaching outdoor pursuits, such as mountaineering, rock climbing, kayaking, sailing etc. in some of the most beautiful areas of the UK.
Safety was of paramount importance in this line of work and I carry this through into my day to day running of Yappy Chaps.
Fun was also big on the agenda and this is what all the dogs in my care have, plenty of fun.
Previous Experience
Dog Walking
My dog walking service is available to keep your dog happy, healthy and stimulated when you cannot be around for them.
My walks are a minimum of 1 hour, going up to 3 hours. I love all weather, so rarely cancel.
Your dog will be collected from your home and placed into a secure van with cages for a safe and comfortable journey. Then returned to you feeling relaxed and happy.
Weekend Adventure walks are available on Bank Holidays and weekends. Your dog will be taken on a 3 hour hike freeing up your time to do other things.

Home Dog Sitting
Yappy Chap offers a dog sitting service within your own home. While you are away you can rest assured that your dog will have lots of walks and plenty of fun and time to relax in the comfort of it's own home.
Benifits of this service:
Your dog will be well cared for in your own home
Added home security whilst you are away.
Cats, birds, fish and other animals can also be cared for.
Plants and gardens watered.

Doggie Day Care
Yappy Chaps offers a day care service. This means your dog gets to spend the whole day with me! Rest assured that your dog will have a good day with plenty of walking and time to socialise with the other doggies. Day care times are 9am to 3pm.
