About Me/ Company

My name is Karen Ross and I graduated from Strathclyde University’s Scottish School of Sports Studies with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. Since graduating, I have worked in various Scottish gyms & health clubs, and have been Personal Training on and off the last 10+ years whilst also working in the mental health voluntary sector. This experience has helped me with setting up my own very unique fitness business, RoK Personal Training Consultancy. To provide you with the 'one of a kind' service I think you deserve. However, as I've moved through my lifes path, I've realised just how much our pets can be overlooked in both the physical and mental health areas, and thus I decided to take all my knowledge and transfer it over in a unique way to help our canine friends. I can guarantee that in the end we will all be happier in our lives together :@)
