Woody's Pet Care is a professional dog walking and pet care service. We are based in Westhoughton and the surrounding areas.

We offer pet services from dog walking, dog home boarding, to pet sitting in home visits, puppy visits and administering medication.

We are fully insured.

Previous Experience

Woody's Pet Care is a family run business run by Richard and Janet Woodcraft.
Richard has recently retired from working at Guide Dogs for the Blind Association for the past thirty four years, and Janet has worked as a veterinary nurse since 1979. She also is working at Guide Dogs for the Blind as a kennel manager. Their daughter Becky is also helping with the business and has extensive experience in keeping all sorts of small furry animals, as well as owning, riding and backing her own horses.

There is a free initial assessment we offer before any service begins. This allows us to get to know the clients and their pets and to give all of the necessary information.

Other Services

We offer a range of pet care services and can tailor to your needs. We offer dog walking, which can be both solo walks and group walks.
We do home visits, so if you want your pet(s) to stay in your home while you are away then we will look after them in your home.
Dog home boarding is a popular service we offer. If you do not wish to put your dog into boarding kennels when you go on holiday or are busy, we will happily have them with us at our home.
We offer puppy care as another service, and administering medication by our qualified veterinary nurse is the final service.
