Do you work long hours, struggle to fulfil your personal schedule and still exercise your dog. Or do you just want them to socialize freely in a dog friendly environment?
We have the solution!
Wheatley Woods is a fully insured dog day-care facility which provides;
*6 acres of secure well managed fields and hard standing .
*A 1000 square feet indoor playing area which is specially designed for your dogs. It includes 3 separate comfy rest bays, secure welcoming reception, ball pit, A full toy box, heated corner for those chilly days and plenty of fun and play time obstacles to keep your dog’s active and amused.   Don’t forget the friends they’ll make.
*Outdoor play area which boasts new beach area themed fun zone!!! It has plenty to entertain your dog including a beach hut, a fun boat, surf boards, sandpits and water paddling pool for those hot days. Not to mention sprinkler time!!!   Also, other obstacles to keep them entertained. What to do first?????
*Lots of toys and opportunities to meet and socialize with other dogs in a continuously  supervised setting.
Dedicated staff on hand from 8AM till 6PM, Monday to Friday. (Extended times and possible weekend service available by agreement)
Simply drop off your dog – we will entertain and exercise all day – and you take home and relax together. A pickup and drop off service coming soon subject to demand.

Terms & Conditions
Although the Wheatley Woods Doggie Day Care is a fun place for your dogs to enjoy, we must adhere to certain rules to ensure the health and safety of all animals, customers and staff. We therefore require all clients to comply with the following requirements:
1. All dogs are subject to a temperament test which means that you will leave your dog with us for about an hour and we will introduce him/her to the rest of the dogs.
2. We cannot accept any dogs with past or present aggressive behaviour. It is imperative that all dogs are non-aggressive. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) has not injured or shown aggression or threatening behaviour to any person or dog. Furthermore, owners will need to certify that they are aware that there is some risk involved, including scrapes and cuts, which are commonplace due to the nature of dog play. Any minor injuries will be dealt with by staff that are all trained in Canine First Aid. For more serious injuries we will be attended by a visiting vet. Any vet bills your dog may incur remains the responsibility of the owner.
3. Female dogs are not required to be spayed, however, they cannot attend the day care centre when in season.
4. We cannot accept male dogs that have not been neutered after the age of 1 year.
5. All dogs will require an up to date vaccination card which must include Kennel Cough. Also the dogs must routinely receive flea and worming treatments.
6. Dogs with potentially contagious stomach upsets or any other viral infection are not accepted in day care.
7. Owners will cover all costs incurred should a dog cause injury to itself or another dog/human. Should your dog become ill in our care we will attempt to contact you for consent to have them treated by a visiting vet and you will be liable for the Vet’s bill. If contact cannot be made and your dog needs urgent treatment we will then act and get your dog the medical care it needs. It is suggested all dogs are insured independently.
8. Any dogs not collected within normal opening hours will be charged a £5 late fee unless you have notified us of the time you will be able to collect them.
9. Payments must be made in advance on Monday morning of each week or at the beginning of the day for individual days by cash, cheque or BACS transfer. Extra services will be billed separately at the end of each week and should be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. We will accept standing orders and direct debits for regular service users.
10. If you wish us to feed your dog, you will need to provide us with their food and instructions regarding quantities so that staff are able to feed the correct amount.
11. Please ensure that leads, collars, harnesses etc. are in good condition, fit for purpose and the correct fitting to ensure your dog’s safety at all times.
12. Medication can only be given if a consent form is completed. Please supply any medication with full written instructions. We are not responsible for any reactions your dog may have to the medication.
13. Should you be unable to collect your dog on the arranged time or day, please contact us immediately to re-arrange collection. If no contact is made within a reasonable time, we will be forced to re-home your dog and the charges for food and re-homing will be met by you.
14. Each dog will be given an I.D number and Collection Password for security.
