About Me/ Company

I am just starting out in the pet walking/sitting/care business. I have decided that this is my dream job and also works really fantastically well around my family. I have had my own dogs and many other pets, since a very young age and love to walk, train and look after them.

I enjoy being with the animals - I get great job satisfaction from seeing a happy, exercised, well fed and watered pet. In recent years I have voluntarily looked after friends animals at my own home and am at present working voluntarily with a Weimaraner rescue centre - this is mainly for behavioural issues.

Previous Experience

I have had dogs,cats, rabbits and many others small furries, since being a child and have always enjoyed looking after them. At the moment I have a cat and until very recently a Weimaraner (part of the gun dog breeds). I loved him so much and he was a very big part of our family and is sadly missed.

Qualifications & Training

I have experience, and am extremely good with animals. I have recently completed a City & Guilds level 2 diploma in horse care and stable management. Although this is not relevant to the smaller pets, I think it shows that I have an affinity with animals, as you need to be confident to work around horses, as they would know before you do, that you are feeling nervous - which I believe is a sense all animals have!!

Other Services

Group walks - 1 hour £8 (dogs should not have behavioural or aggressive problems) as a 1-1 walk would probably be best for these dogs.

One to one walks - 30 minutes to as long as you want (obviously within reason of mine and the dog's ability) the prices range from £8 for 30 mins £13 per hour - with collection/drop off and wipe down/groom to keep your home tidy.
Will also check they have fresh water available. Dogs can be walked on or off lead after discussion with yourselves as to your preferences and initial walk assessments. Recall will be tested.

Pet sitting in my own home at £20 per day including group walk (owner supplies food/bowls and bedding so the pet feels at home here.

Pop in visits for cats and small furries or fish at £6 per visit or £10 for 2 visits. Feeding/watering, cleaning litter trays hutches.
