Walks and care for your dog when you're not there.
We're a friendly local dog walking, pet sitting, dog day-care and dog boarding service, so your dog can stay in my home as one of the family while you are away.
I am fully insured, and licensed for dog boarding by Bromley Borough Council. I have also completed a Dog First Aid course.

Previous Experience
I have boarded dogs for friends on an informal basis over the years, which is what led me to apply that experience professionally.
My particular area of expertise is terriers, but I love all dogs and seem to have a reputation for walking the larger ones! My happy, waggy customers include a Dachshund, Border Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Havanese, German Shepherd, Standard Poodle, Labradoodle, Portuguese Water Dog, Beagle, Harrier, Pug, Mastiff, Shih-Tzu, Retriever, Labrador and several crossbreed rescue dogs - every one a different character!
As a pet sitter, I have experience with many different types of domestic animals, having owned a variety over the years, including cats, rabbits, guinea-pigs, hamsters, fancy rats, parrots and tropical fish.

Sophie provided a fantastic service while recently looking after Darcy, my Westie. I was looking for a "home from home" for Darcy as he has always been cared for by relatives and friends when I have been away and has never stayed in a kennel. Sophie treated Darcy as one of the family, met all his needs (and I had a list!) and administered his medication. I would not hesitate to recommend Walkies with Ace and in fact have done so to a number of my friends. I am assured that if Darcy is with Sophie, I can go away and not worry about him! Thank you so much for looking after Rusty our rather old Border Collie and or course Marge, our Jack Russell who, as you know, is a rescue dog and is sometimes unsure of her surroundings but with you, she settled in immediately and didn't want to leave!! We are looking forward to our main holiday and so are the dogs at Sophie's House.

Sophie looked after my Jack Russel for me when I went away on holiday ... he had such a good time.. and was clearly so loved and well looked after that he wasn't the slightest bit bothered and I secretly think he wanted to go and live with Sophie !!
Never seen a tail wag so fast when he sees her !! Brilliant. She can look after any animal of mine anytime.
Qualifications & Training
Experienced and confident with a wide range of dog breeds from Labrador to miniature Dachsund and many more in between. Also practical common sense! I am one of the few dog boarding establishments in my area to be licensed by Bromley Borough Council.
I have completed a Dog First Aid course so would be able to deal with minor injuries if necessary.
I am fully insured and have been CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked, so you can be confident that your pet can be safely left in my care.
I am recommended by previous customers who always book their dogs in for their holiday with Walkies with Ace when they go on holiday.

We were delighted to find Walkies With Ace, a reliable, trustworthy doggy day care service just round the corner from us. Sophie is always enthusiastic and clearly loves all the dogs she takes care of as if they were her own children.
Because our dog Boo was a rescue, she gets quite distressed if left on her own for any length of time. So doggy day care was the only way we could practically own a dog and both work full time. As well as day care, Boo has been a happy customer of full boarding and it gives us great peace of mind when we are away for a weekend that she\'s in good hands and in familiar surroundings (in fact Sophie\'s house is her second home).
One of the things we really love about Walkies with Ace is that Sophie regularly takes photos of the dogs and posts them on Facebook. It\'s lovely being able to see what Boo\'s been up to during the day, enjoying the outdoors with her doggy friends! Boo loves her time with Sophie, Grace and the other dogs, and we are pleased that she spends the day in the company of other dogs - and of course she\'s very pleased to see us when we get home!
We have been using Walkes with Ace for nearly a year and a half and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sophie provides an impeccable and friendly service.

Other Services
I also offer a home security service. If you're away, there are various things I can do to help your home look occupied whilst you are away. These additional services can be booked when you book pet sitting or a home visit for your stay-at-home cats or other small pets.
We also offer a key keeper and collection service. If we hold your keys for when we collect you dog for a walk or pop in to feed your puppy or other pets, then you have a spare set of keys lodged with us should you ever lose yours or lock yourself out. It's much cheaper than calling out an emergency locksmith!
