As pet and dog lovers, we know just how hard it can be to leave our furry friends - whether it's during the working day or for a holiday. Waggy Walks offers a range of services from dog walking, pet sitting, pet taxi, home visits, if you are unsure if we can help then give us a call. We offer temporary or long term solutions.

Previous Experience

My name is Richard Wagner and I have had dogs all my life, specialising in Border Collies but I have also owned a Dachshund and several Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I started competing in Obedience when I was 16 and then started competing in Agility. I represented Great Britain at the World Agility Championships in Portugal with a Cavalier. I am experienced at dealing with a variety of breeds and situations. I am currently owned by Shadow a Border Collie x GSD, Sonic and Pippa, both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Qualifications & Training

I am Canine First Aid Trained and have attended dog law seminars so understand the law and how it relates to your dogs. I am also DBS checked (Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks are now called Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks). I am fully insured, including key cover insurance.

Other Services

I offer dog walking, pet care (If your dog needs letting into the garden and giving some lunch then just let us know. If your pet needs medication at certain times of day when you are at work we can help you out. This can be a regular or one off visit depending on you and your pet’s needs.)

Home visits can be arranged for dogs, cats, small furry animals etc. If you are going away and just need someone to visit and check everything is OK and feed your pets then we can help. This allows your pet to stay in the comfort of their own home whilst giving you peace of mind that everything is OK and your pet will have some company every day. Whilst there I can also take in your post, turn the living room light on / off, close / open curtains to give the house a lived in look, whatever you need.

We also cover pet boarding and a pet taxi service.
