About Me/ Company
My working background is HR/Payroll, but I have always had pets since my childhood, so after being made redundant for the second time in eight years I decided that I would actually fulfil my dream of working with animals and set up my own business. I have undertaken a dog walking and pet sitting course and I am currently studying animal psychology.
Previous Experience
I have owned dogs since being a child. I have an adorable Labrador Cross named Lucy who I adopted from a rescue centre two years ago. She was a very sad dog when she came to me and had some behaviour issues, but with lots of TLC, patience and understanding she has overcome all those problems and is now a happy girl who enjoys lots of cuddles. Prior to me adopting Lucy I owned two Springer Spaniel/Labradors, Lucy and Billy. They came to me at eight weeks old and Lucy lived until she was seventeen years old. The dogs I have owned have provided me with the knowledge and experience of caring for dogs of all ages from training puppies to catering to the needs of an older dog. Over the last thirty years I have looked after family and friends pets and houses free of charge while they have been on holiday.
Qualifications & Training
Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Professional Diploma - Distinction (This course included pet first aid).
Currently studying Animal Psychology
