About Me/ Company

I for one think it is important to keep learning, focused and hard-working. I am Currently at University studying Media but also I have trained myself from age 18 to be ambidextrous- thus being able to write with my right and left hand (training the non-dominant side of my brain). I also have learned Spanish in my spare time. Meditation and yoga is an important practice of my spare time and well-being.

I am a keen, conscientious, hard-working, reliable person and a good timekeeper. I personally enjoy meeting new people. Being able to get on well with the public and working either well on my own or as part of a team.

At next I had to ensure every customer was satisfied while roaming the shop by approaching and reaching the customer’s needs. I also had to offer assistance to other co-workers and customers. I learnt how to use a till, how to search stock rooms for items people wanted, how to stock shelves, put away overstock, and also learnt the skill to communicate with staff and all the new people I met while working there. I also worked through the "next sale" which I had to be focused on all day and this shows I can cope under pressure when it gets to the busier parts of the season.

I have cleaned such events like Glastonbury for the last four years and small offices. Skills include in depth knowledge of vacuuming carpeted areas, hands on experience of accuracy and attention to a detail to wash, clean and proven record of sweeping and dusting mop floors. Able to use detergents and chemicals in a safe way.

• Studying a broad range of modules that can relate to the current market of the Media industry. Developed the strength and ability to undertake self-managing studies. Planning and organising time effectively to meet deadlines. Learnt to live away from home, manage money and view my own points in a range of different environments.
