About Me/ Company

My name is Gaby Durden and I am an animal lover, especially dogs. I have my own 7 month old puppy. She is a border terrier X jack russel. She is very playful and friendly and is used to dogs.
I have got a Higher National Diploma in Managing the Care of Animals, and have worked with many different types of animal. Dogs are one of my favorite animal and I would like to get a dog walking business going, as I love walking and especially walking dogs. You can enjoy walking so much more when you have a dog to walk!
I firmly believe that enough exercise and socialization is vital for dogs well being.

Previous Experience

I have done lots of dog walking for people, my first one was with a jack russel, she was lots of fun and really enjoyed being tired out, especially as the walk I gave her was the only one that did, as her owners were old. Then I walked a labradoodle, and a pointer together. They played together and just used to chase each other around. Sometimes I took them to the moors and ran with them. They really enjoyed that!

Qualifications & Training

Higher National Diploma in Managing the Care of Animals, studied at Bicton College 2001-2003.

Other Services

I also school/hack horses, and have much experience in this. I work at a livery stables where I school horses, some of which are naughty and hard work. I also do free-lance schooling.
I have my own horse at the moment who I love to compete when I can. I also ride a friends horse to school and jump regularly.
