I’m a Wirral based casual dog walker available 7 days per week upon request. I offer both short and long walks in Wirral and the surrounding areas at affordable, fair prices.

Prices start from £10 per 60 minute walk, which includes petrol to/from the walk locations, a fun and interesting walk/run for your furry friend, toys and games (weather dependant), fresh water provided throughout, a tasty treat post walk, and pick up and drop off from your home or workplace (Wirral postcodes only sorry).
*A small petrol supplement of £2 may be added should your home be outside the usual travelling radius

Payment can be made either in cash or via paypal, and can be paid either after each daily walk individually or on a weekly basis.

Theodoruns is named after my own pride and joy, our Yorkshire terrier Theodore. He is (perhaps) the friendliest dog around, and loves both humans and dogs alike! He is very sociable and loves to meet new friends! He is also the perfect pooch pal to start off with if you’re dog is not yet used to mingling with others just yet, not just due to his temperament but many dogs and pups find his small frame less intimidating and helps them to feel more at ease.
(Unless otherwise specified - Theodore would usually accompany us on walks. If your dog does not do well in the company of other dogs, this can of course be accommodated to suit.)

Walks last either 1-2 hours (set at your preference) and take place (rain or shine) across multiple terrain at various locations including woods’, shores, beaches, forests, and country parks. Regular photos are also taken and sent to you personally via WhatsApp so you can keep an eye on your dog’s whereabouts and activities.
I also schedule occasional (and of course optional) “doggy days out” which include puppy splash in Moreton, Tam o Shanter farm, the Bowler hat dog cafe in Oxton etc to give your precious pooch the best experiences possible.

Sound Good But is Not Quite What You Need????
I also cater to smaller dogs who don’t quite require a full 60 minutes walk - perhaps they are a puppy and get tired after 30 minutes, or maybe you prefer to walk your hairy friend yourself after work but just want someone to check on him during the day and let him into the garden etc - I am happy to cater to your individual needs and try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible.

Previous Experience

I am a female mum, student, and animal lover - born and raised in Wirral, with a love of exercise and the outdoors, and a passion for pooches. I have been raised with dogs and am a dog owner myself, and have more than enough experience of handling various breeds and sizes.

Alongside attending university where I am currently studying psychology: both animal and developmental - I currently work as a full time dog walker offering services both daily and weekly (Monday to Friday).

I am familiar with multiple sites and routes throughout Wirral, which can provide interesting and safe walks and runs lasting from 60 minutes up to 2 hours long depending on: your preferences, and both the personalities/energy levels of your furry friend.

I drive a small but safe ford vehicle, which is of course insured and taxed, and is up to date with MOT and all relevant checks. Dogs travel to/from walk locations comfortably on a dog mattress in the back of my own personal vehicle or for smaller dogs (or dogs who aren’t used to car travelling) I also have a dog car seat which I comfortably strap/sit them into on the front passenger seat.

Relevant Info

When walking a new fluffy friend for the first time I will need to know some key information beforehand, such as temperament, allergies, exercise level etc
All dogs are unique And should be treated as such. I cater the walks, walk locations, treats, journey music, and activities to your dog’s personality, preferences and health.
Please let me know if your dog is particularly shy, doesn’t do well around water, or gets travel sick etc, the more I know, the more I know how to keep your pup happy!

*Please note:
- I am a casual dog walking service
- I utilise my own private vehicle
- I do not use dog crates for transportation
- Owner must provide appropriate lead/leash
- Owner must ensure dog has sturdy collar
- Dog’s with poor temperament must be appropriately catered for - disclosure is vital!
- Dogs must be up to date with all injections as may be around other dogs
- Car seat/booster strap ins are available upon request

Other Services

I offer all doggy mums and dad’s regular contact with me during walks and outings, and can provide regular pupdates with photos via WhatsApp!

*Due to my current vehicle, I unfortunately cannot accommodate large dogs. I am happy to negotiate and discuss with owners with regards to transport and what you are happy with, but at present please do not enquire if I can walk your beautiful St Bernard as - even though I would love to - I sadly do not have the room.
