About Me/ Company

Hi. My name is Claire and I run The Pet Cuddler, a North Norfolk based dog walking and pet sitting business.
I started my business after I came back from my annual holiday because I realised, when trying to ensure my animals were taken care of while I was away, just how hard it is for people to get their pets looked after in their own homes. Not everyone has friends or family who can come in daily to do all the things that animals need to keep them happy and healthy, and it isn’t always practical or in the animals best interest to try to board them elsewhere. So I started The Pet Cuddler.
As a child I was brought up around animals of all kinds, horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, pigs, sheep, goats, and poultry of all kinds. And since then I have shared my life with many others, donkeys, rats, mice, gerbils, fish, ferrets, hedgehogs, snakes, bearded dragons and geckos.
I have worked with children over the years and have had many CRB’s completed to enable me to work in these environments, and I have also been a trusted keyholder for a number of families that I have cleaned for. I also have a full, clean driving licence.
I am very passionate about all animals, and always strive to make sure that they are getting exactly what they need to be happy and healthy.
