About Me/ Company

The Pet Circle works within a 10 mile radius of West Monkseaton. For clients within a 6mile radius we offer no fuel charge, for clients outside that we charge at 30p per additional mile.

Previous Experience

The Pet Circle prides itself on having years of knowledge and experience working in a variety of different animal care jobs giving us a wide range of experience and knowledge. This varies from cat and dog shelters, sterilisation clinics, livery yards and racing yards to boarding kennels and grooming salons. This ensure your pet, whatever the species, is under the best possible care guaranteeing you peace of mind that your pet is happy and well looked after.

Relevant Info

We have magnetic signs on our van that can be removed when visiting your home so as not to advertise the fact that you are not home, all our staff are fully insured and CRB checked, all keys are kept in a safe that is locked and bolted down in the van and all client information and keys are coded for security.

Our van has been kitted out specifically for your pet’s safety and comfort. We have changeable partitions which can not only be made bigger or smaller but also allows additional exit points in case of emergency. We have two sliding doors (on either side of the van) and two rear doors ensuring pets can get out safely in any emergencies. The floors of our partitions are rubber matted to provide both a comfy surface for your pet to take a snooze on during the journey and to remove the hazard of slipping.

There will only ever be one pet per partition to eliminate the risk of injury.
We have a ramp designed to fit our van to allow easy access for your pet which is coated in rubber matting to eliminate risk of slipping.
The Pet Circle care about the health of your pet so we will not take on a pet until we have a full history of both their medical and behavioural back ground. Including seeing up to date vaccination records and dates of worming and flea treatments.

We offer a whole range of services; dog walking, house and pet sitting, small pet visits, horse checks, tack cleaning, turning in and out for horses, mucking out, vet visits, pet taxis, giving medication, nail clipping, anal gland clearing, vaccination reminders, flea and worm treatment plans and many more.
We also offer packages to ensure you get the most out of our services. For example for our return clients we offer "The Pet Circle loyalty package" this is at no additional charge for customers that use us at least once a week for any of our services. It includes Flea Treatment Plan, Worming Plan, vaccination Reminders, anal Glands checked and emptied, Ear Cleaning and nail trimming.
