About Me/ Company

The Happy Pet Company is a family run business based in Silverdale, on the border between North Lancashire and South Cumbria. We offer dog walking, pop in services for small animals and a pet taxi. We focus on making sure that your pets are made happy on a daily basis and that all of their needs are met. We want to give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that when you cannot be there, for whatever reason, your pet is well looked after and properly cared for in your absence.We will send photos and updates of your pet every day, and we want you to be assured that we will always turn up as promised and will provide the length of service for which you have paid. We are fully insured and CRB checked and cleared, so you can rest assured that your pets, your home, your possessions and your keys are safe in our hands.

Previous Experience

We have over 15 years experience of caring for dogs and other domestic pets.

Qualifications & Training

We are registered with NARPS UK (Nationwide Association of Registered Pet Sitters) and have accredited certificates in Dog Walking, Pet Sitting and Pet First Aid.

Relevant Info

We charge £6.00 for a 30 minute group dog walk and £9.50 for an hours group dog walk. We charge £12.50 for a 45 minute individual dog walk.
We charge £6.50 for 30 minutes pop in services for small animals, and £10.00 for every 30 minutes usage of our pet taxi.

Other Services

We offer both group and individual dog walks, for either 30. 45 or 60 minutes.
We offer pop in services for small animals, when we will visit your home and check on your pets whilst you are away. We will feed them and clean out your pets hutch, pen, cage or litter tray. We will also do security checks on your property and make it less obvious the house is empty. We will put your bins out and even water your plants! We also offer puppy visits, whilst you are at work or out for the day. We will give lots of cuddles, fuss and play time and clean up any little accidents that may have occurred.
If you are unable to drive or use public transport we also offer a pet taxi to take you and your pet to any commitment that you may have - the vets, the kennels or cattery, a grooming parlour or puppy socialisation class.
