Would you like help walking your dog? Is your pet alone all day while you’re at work? Do you have an older relative who struggles to exercise their furry companion?

The Dilly Dally Dog offers a fully insured Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Service.

As a local dog owner, I know many safe and fun places to exercise your dog in and around the Crook area. My name is Shauna and I have over 20 years’ experience of owning, caring for and walking dogs. I understand how special they really are and love being around them. Whether your pet requires a gentle pace, or is spritely and likes to stretch his legs, The Dilly Dally Dog offers accommodating walks to fit your dogs’ requirements.

To start the relationship, I offer a free consultation to give you the opportunity to meet me and for me to get to know your dog. During this time we will discuss your dogs’ requirements and a short walk, preferably with both you and your dog, will be included. If you are happy to commence with my services, I will begin to walk your dog at agreed times, alone initially. If your pet is comfortable with other dogs and you are happy for your dog to be walked with others, I will slowly introduce him to the group. Once he is 100% comfortable with me I will start to take him to a wider range of locations.

Should the weather take a turn for the worse, I ensure your dog will be left towel dried, warm, happy and secure. His water bowl will be left clean and full and I am happy to feed and leave a treat at your request.

The key to a well-behaved and happy dog is regular, structured and playful exercise. The Dilly Dally Dog aims to provide a service which is tailored to you and your dogs’ needs. If you have any special requests or requirements, I am always happy to accommodate these where I can.
