Every dog, whether big or small, walking or grooming, is treated as I would my own. Each dog is disciplined if required, in the same way I would my own, a firm voice and the use of body language to affirm who is pack leader. No violence is EVER used! I am strongly against any discipline which uses any form of negative discipline. Positive training is much more effective, ie: praise for good behaviour, and does not harm the dog in any way.
