About Me/ Company

Take Me Walkies (www.takemewalkies.co.uk) is a family run, friendly and professional dog walking and petcare company based in Brighton & Hove.

We offer flexible dog walking, dog sitting (at your house and ours), dog boarding and cat feeding services priced from £8.50 for dog walking and £7.00 for cat feeding and £16.50 for full day dog sitting.

Our dog walks are a full 1 hour excluding travel time and you only pay for the dog walking, not travel cost.

We walk to trusted and known sites, far away from roads and ensure the safety and cohesion of any group we take.

We currently have a border collie, Millie, who is our daily tonic and was our inspiration in setting up the business as she is super friendly with other dogs and people whilst out and about on her walks and lives for her walks as do we!

Previous Experience

We have been in operation for the past 4 years and are experienced dog handlers, used to different breeds having owned and been around a variety of crossbreeds for years.

We volunteer at Dogs Trust Shoreham whenever we can and when they have spaces!

Qualifications & Training

I attended a canine first aid course at my local vets (Coastway)

My van and cages are checked and approved by Brighton & Hove Council

I am a member of the Professional Dog Walkers Code

I am currently volunteering at Dogs Trust Shoreham

We are fully insured and police checked

Other Services

Extras (to the dog walking service) include a free SMS service, jet spray/towel down, picking up post, pulling surtains and watering flowers.

We also offer a Pet to Vet taxi service for owners in urgent need of transport when their pet is unwell.

We also offer basic/ongoing obedience training for dogs.
