About Me/ Company

My name is Carmen and I live in Macclesfield, Cheshire. I already have quite a few lovely clients and have been providing my services since January 2010.

The objective of my business is to ensure your pets well being in a cost effective way for owners who can't always be there for them, it also saves using private boarding establishments as I visit your pets at home which is a stress free alternative for your pet.

• Full dog socialisation and training where required
• Fresh water and any required foods provided after each walk

For regular visits like long term dog walking bank transfers are required monthly but for occasional visits a cheque or cash is accepted and receipted on the first visit.

I provide a free consultation visit whereby we discuss your requirements, meet your pets and complete the relevant paperwork. House keys are collected during this time and a form is completed authorising key usage to your home. Security is paramount therefore your keys are kept in a secure location and do not have any of your address information on them, they are only coded.

Previous Experience

I have grown up with dogs and have always owned my own cats and previously fancy rats. I am a volunteer for an animal welfare organisation and am responsible for the dogs, cats and rabbits that are in our care for rehoming.

I have worked with rescued dogs (as a volunteer) of all breeds and temperaments and have gained a great deal of knowledge when it comes to behaviours and body language which is highly beneficial in my every day job as a dog walker.

I can't think of anything better than walking dogs in all weathers and providing care and attention to any animal in my care, it's a wonderful feeling! Not only that I know my clients are happy in the knowledge their pets are free from stress, are getting all the exercise they need (a tired dog is a happy dog!) and are loved. Simply put I love animals!

Carmen, from Tails n Paws Pet Services, has been visiting Chloe (my 9 month old black lab) since September/October last year.
