Strutting Mutt provides a professional yet friendly dog walking and pet sitting service, located in Essex.

If you are short on time, work long hours, are not able to walk your dog yourself or would like your dog to receive some extra exercise then please get in touch!

Using local surrounding areas, I provide safe yet fun and energetic walks for your precious pooch come rain or shine. Walks are catered to suit the needs or your dog - whether they require a 1 hour or 20 minute walk, prefer to walk with other dogs or on their own and with or without toys, I am extremely flexible and like to ensure the dogs and their owners are happy with the service provided.

Previous Experience

I have grown up in the Essex countryside. I have always owned and looked after dogs across many different breeds and am very passionate about these animals.

I fully understand the attention, care and needs that dogs need to live a happy and healthy life and I am very passionate about ensuring their welfare is a top priority in my own home as well as others.

I love walking my dog Molly and often take her to other parts of the county to experience new places and smells. As a Jack Russell she is full of energy so we often walk for many miles at a time in an attempt to tire her out!

I am also a registered volunteer for the Animal Rescue Charity based in Bishops Stortford where I walk rescued dogs on a weekly basis, (& also give them lots of cuddles!)

Relevant Info

Before committing to walking your dog I require a free consultation with you, the dog and I. This enables us to meet for the first time, and we can then discuss any needs or concerns you may have, as well as confirming times and the services required.

If you are not going to be at home, we will need to discuss a spare key/entry to your home. Your pet will stay with me for the duration of the walk in a friendly and suitable area - usually public walks across the countryside, parks and woodland areas, before being left happy, fed and watered in the comfort of your own home!

STRUTTING MUTT is covered with a Pet Business insurance scheme which includes Public Liability.

Other Services

I am available to walk dogs in Stansted, Bishops Stortford and
other local surrounding areas. All walks can be catered
specifically to you and your dogs needs, please make me aware
of any concerns or requests you may have when enquiring.

Dogs will be picked up and dropped off by myself, walked in
groups, (unless specified otherwise) between 20 mins - 1 hour.
Upon arrival at home I am able to clean off your dog, ensure they
have fresh water available and make necessary food prep for
them.I like to make sure they are returned clean, watered,
fed and happy!
