About Me/ Company

We are lovers of all animals and offer a fantastic, friendly and reliable service. We have 2 horses, 5 dogs, chickens and fish of our own. We are available for dog walking, home visits and equine care. 30p per mile will be charged anywhere outside a 10 mile radius around Polegate train station. WE HAVE BOTH CANINE AND EQUINE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE, SEVERAL CRB CHECKS AND REFERENCES.

One to one dog walks:
All here at Spirit Pet Care have had dogs all their lives, and have been brought up to respect, love and care for them. We are all very confident around dogs. Jodie takes her own Spanish rescue dog to the Naturally Pets Canine Centre weekly to take part in the trick training, agility, group walks and obedience training. Our dog walking service is a little different as we are prepared to spend more time engaging dogs in other forms of training that you may want them to learn additionally. This ranges from nervous to excitable dogs and focusing their energy on more than just walking. Trick training, walking nicely to heel, training to recall, etc are some of the things we offer during our time with your pets, making our time given stand out from the rest.

*****Regular dog walk prices are for those who would like their dog(s) walked for 2 days or more a week. Continuous dog walk prices are for those who would like their dog(s) walked 3 days or more a week, every week of the month*****

Home visits:
We are very confident and loving towards all pets. Home visits are from 20mins to 40mins and include feeding and watering your pets, cleaning bowls and feeding area, cleaning and changing litter trays/cages as needed, watering house plants, turning lights on and off, opening/closing blinds/curtains and collecting post. Your pets will have lots of care and attention during this time.

One visit per day: £7 (20mins)
Two visits per day: £12 (2x20mins, 40mins total)

Equine care:
Jodie has been working with horses since the young age of 11, and owned her two Friesian horses for 8 years. Spirit Pet Care takes a very natural approach with equines and we are very confident around all, including the troubled ones that may have some behaviour problems. Whether you are going away or just need a little help, the service we provide will be tailored to your needs. Jodie also offers ground work training.

Lunging: £5 (20mins)

Groundwork training: £15 per hour
