The South Downs Dog Walker offers fully insured, safe and reliable group walks, individual walks and training walks for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments.
Having spent the last 6months training with a dog behaviourist, Nick is able to find compatible friends for your dog to run, play and socialise with on group walks and ensure they are safe and stress free.
If you dog is difficult or if they show behaviour which could be interpreted as aggressive to other dogs or people on walks, Nick provides one-to-one dog walking. For high energy dogs SDDW can offer dog jogging subject to availability (and Nicks legs).
One-to-one training walks can include recall practice, loose lead walking and can cover the practice of behavioural techniques such as Behaviour Adjustment Training (BAT) & other positive training techniques. For more info about these types of sessions click here

Previous Experience
Over the last 6 months Nick has been training with the head of behaviour at Sussex Dog Behaviour and Training Centre to gain further understanding of our canine friends. At SDBTC Nick enhanced his handling skills with dogs who suffer with leash reactivity, fear and frustration issues. As a result of this training Nick is happy to read and practice any force-free behaviour modification strategies you may be currently working with to ensure that training is consistent for your dog.
