About Me/ Company

Hi,

My name is Sophie and I'm 27 years old. I'm very trustworthy and friendly and able to help with all your pet sitting and dog walking needs. I enjoy taking care of all animals and have been a strict vegetarian since the age of five (which my parents were not best please about!).

I'm flexible in regards to hours/days of work. I live in Hampstead but I'm happy to commit to work anywhere in London.

I’m physically fit and healthy, I consider myself to be personable/ easy to get on with, and believe I have a natural affinity with animals.

I am full of enthusiasm and motivation, have an energetic and sociable personality and a good sense of humour. I am very diligent, and consider myself to be polite, punctual, reliable, collected and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Previous Experience

Although my professional background lies in Media (until recently I worked as a Producer for Production Companies in Central London) I have found immense joy in owning and looking after a variety of pets and animals from a young age. I’m definitely what you’d consider a lifelong animal lover!

I spent some time when I was younger working as a volunteer in a dog’s kennels, which was very beneficial in regards to gaining hands on experience working with animals in a professional environment. I also regularly pet sit for family and friends, and barring the past two years I’ve had dogs as pets since I was born. I definitely miss it so spending time with them on a regular basis is a genuine pleasure.

I also own a cat who thinks she's a dog and definitely rules the roost at home!

Qualifications & Training

I have ten A-C Grade GCSE's and three A-C grade A-Levels. My next goal is to gain an NVQ in Animal Care.
