About Me/ Company

My life’s ambition is to work and participate in the welfare of animals. After leaving school and working for a period of years in office work I found my true ambition and took myself off to college to get my Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management. This was the best educational experience of my life and it taught me skills such as handling, nutrition, breeding, anatomy and physiology, welfare, accommodation and overall husbandry skills. I also have had many different pets including 2 dogs of my own. This is why I believe that this job is well suited to me as not only can I perform all the tasks asked of me but I will enjoy doing them to.

Qualifications & Training

Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management.
I have recently just finished my 2 year Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and as my final grade I reached a DDM (Distinction, Distinction, Merit). This course had a wide range of subjects which have each taught me valuable animal related qualities which individually have broadened my overall experiences and knowledge. Such examples include husbandry duties of many domesticated and non-domesticated animals, care and maintenance of all animals, welfare and history of animals and the anatomy and physiology of animals. I have also passed my Vet Meds examination and my Safe Transport of Goats examination.
