About Me/ Company

My name is Sophie, I am 22 years old, I recently moved to Sutton in Cambridgeshire and now need to find additional work to replace a much loved part time position that I have had to leave. I currently work at a rescue centre for abandoned and unwanted animals, mostly dogs and cats, I have a number of general duties, including walking, socialising and training the dogs, caring and cleaning obviously and I love it. My other job was working on a small holding looking after a number of farm animals and pets, such as rabbits, lambs, cows, chicken, ducks, wild boar. Apart from the day to day care, during the summer months the owner and I would take the animals to schools and day care centres as part of an education programme, at Christmas we helped with a nativity, it was really lovely that the children could pet the animals after the performance. I have a small dog and a cat myself, I love animals and the outdoor life, I am responsible and trust worthy, references available upon request. I have a full driving license and I am available to start immediately.
