my name is sarah im 32years old i love /enjoy working with animals .
i have previoursly worked as a veternairy nurse

I am a confident hard work individual with experience in deal with complex public facing roles where i have shown exceptional flexibility in adapting to the need of the client and other job relating tasks.

My work experience and my experiences have shown my devotion to the job and setting a better structure for future clients. My job allowed me to develop valuable skills which include IT skills, client control management and consoling clients whose animals have been euthanized.

My pragmatic approach to work effort has meant i have been given senior responsibility beyond my former role. I am happy to roll up my sleeves and do what is needed to complete the tasks at hand

Previous Experience

Winters Veterinary Surgery – Administrator
I worked at winter’s veterinary surgery were I took on the role as administrator.

Duties included:
• Effective administration,
• Booking appointments
• Taking deliveries and stock management
• Dealing with difficult clients
• Given pet owners bad news in person and over the phone
• Assisting the vets during appointment

Achievements: I was very successful in managing all my administration tasks. I was able to use the veterinary practices IT system to good effect. I liaised with the RSPCA who would bring sick animals to the surgery and advised them on the welfare of the animal and the opportunity for the animal to re-home. I bonded well with all the animals and their owners; I felt a sense of satisfaction when the owners left with their animals.
