About Me/ Company

I am a 35 year old woman who has been around dogs all my life. I am currently without a pet due to being in rented accommodation and am missing the contact to be honest. I am physical fit and love to walk or jog for leisure and have found that dog walking really keeps me inspired for this.

Previous Experience

I have recently been sitting for a 2 year old Husky as the owner has not had enough time or energy to give him the attention that he deserves. We walk twice daily for an hour at a time and he has thrived on the exercise. I have also been doing a holiday sit for a 8 year old Airdale, staying at the owners house to cater for all the dogs need. I have been around dogs since I was 4 years old when my parents bought an Olde English Sheep dog puppy. Growing up we have had many dogs from pedigree Poodles to Dobermans and mongrels.

Qualifications & Training

At present I have no formal qualifications but I am due to start a level 2 Diploma in animal care this September at Mid Kent College. I am also in the process of completing a dog grooming course to add to my skills.

Relevant Info

At present I am not doing any other work and am hoping to make this into a full-time job. I am fully flexible with time and days and happy to discuss the needs of each pet and make up a personalised plan of action for each pet. I have a real love for dogs and will treat yours as if they were my own.

Other Services

I am available at any time between 7am and 11pm from Monday to Saturday. I can dog sit at the owners house or take them out for walks that fit their needs. I am also happy to pop in and feed them once or twice a day. With energetic dogs I can either run with them or play ball, or other games, to help burn off some energy. I presently have basic dog grooming skills so if they want regular brushing or have other needs then I'm sure I can accommodate. I can do day or holiday sits at the owners accommodation and am just as happy to take on groups or single dogs. Any other requirements can be discussed and I'm confident that an arrangement could be made.
