I am new to dog walking/sitting, but please see my experience below.
Previous Experience
I am the recent owner of an elderly greyhound, Shady, (sadly passed away last month) and have had two dogs previously. I do not have any experience of walking/sitting with dogs as a paid job, but have 10 years personal dog ownership experience! I love dogs and am kind and patient- they seem to like me too! I must have been doing something right, as our dogs have lived to a good age - Bella was 17 and Shady wass coming up to 15 and 8 months (ancient for a greyhound, and 105 in dog years!)
My background is more in people related work - I am a qualified social worker. This means that I am CRB checked and have constant checks to ensure that I am all above board!
Qualifications & Training
None - but am keen and have 10 years of doggy owner experience!
