Hello

I am sara and I am a second year student at the University of Westminster, attending a BA (Hons) Photographic Arts course.
I am looking for a small part time job and, as I deeply love dogs and really miss my two beautiful cretures back home in italy, I really want to start a dog sitting experience.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

TEACHING ENGLISH TO STUDENTS FROM THE AGE OF 16 TO THE AGE OF 18
I taught English lessons to High School students, helping them with both their grammar and speaking abilities. Skills: time management, timetable planning for students, communication and help students achieve their goals.

BABY SITTING
I was a baby sitter for children aged from 3 to 8. Gained skills: patience, time management, initiative, collaborative and pro active in order to keep the kids busy with interesting and useful activities.

WAITRESS
I have been working as a waitress every year for local festivals in Italy. I had to be able to communicate with people and deal with difficult situation. I often had to work under pressure as the place got really busy on certain times of the day and during weekends. Skills: work under pressure, improved confidence and reliability.

PARTY AND EVENTS PHOTOGRAPHER
I was working as a photographer for a pub (‘Girovita’, Italy) on weekends during private parties or public events. I learnt how to communicate with clients and also with the pub customers. I always had to take initiatives and meet deadlines, as I had to post my work on the pub’s Facebook page in a few days time. This taught me how to work within deadlines and to be collaborative.
