About Me/ Company

My name is Liz Williams and I am the founder of Ruby’s Dog Walking and Home Visiting which is a small independent business covering the areas of Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Heald Green and Bramhall.

I offer ‘one to one’ dog walking ensuring that your dog has 100% attention at all times. All dogs are collected and walked near to their home in surroundings that they are comfortable and familiar with - maintaining helping maintain their normal routines.

I am a member of NARPS (National Association of Pet sitters and Dog Walkers), fully insured, CRB checked and pet first aid trained giving you peace of mind.

In addition to dog walking I also offer puppy and senior dog visiting, an occasional ‘let out’ service if you have a day or evening out and a holiday package.

Previous Experience

I have owned German Shepherd dogs all of my life - 5 in total all with very different personalities and behaviours.

Until recently I worked at my local Veterinary Hospital although not in a clinical capacity I have undoubtedly gained a wealth of knowledge and very useful contacts along the way.

Certificate in Pet First Aid.

Dog Walking and Pet Home Sitting Professional Diploma (currently studying)

Undertaken 6 week bootcamp course for Reactive dogs applying the Grisha Stewart BAT training.
