About Me/ Company

I’m Claire the owner of PurrFetch-Pets. This is a little bit about myself, my Background and how I started my own pet care company.
For years I have been in the domiciliary care industry looking after the elderly and disabled in their own homes. I started up my own Care agency and became very successful in a short period of time managing 28 members of staff in the Hertfordshire area with a great
reputation.
I dedicated my life to my company and had a great flow of business through care brokerage, social services and word of mouth. I decided to sell my business and wanted to follow my passion in ANIMAL CARE, by doing this I could combine pet care alongside helping the Elderly too by attending to their pets when they feel it is getting to much for them. I have always had a love for animals and have a natural caring nature for people and animals.
I decided to follow my dream of working within this industry in my local area of London Colney, St Albans, I spent months working out my business plan to make it stand out and be different from any other! A personal, caring and trusted service was my aim. I offer a service that I would use myself and I believe this is how most pet owners would like it, so they know that their pets are in safe loving hands with people who are doing it for genuine reasons and not just a business.

We are on the HERTFORDSHIRE DIRECTORY as a pet care service for the elderly and disabled, we cover pet care on a regular basis For everyone . We believe that everyone should have the opportunity of owning a pet and we are proud to help those that are struggling to manage.
We cover St Albans and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Training

I am qualified in: Pet Psychology and Nutrition Level 2, Dog- Walking and Pet Sitting Professional Diploma, Animal Communication Dog Behaviour and Training Animal Physical Therapy (Massage and relaxation)
