About Me/ Company

I previously worked for Mad Dogs & Englishmen Proffessional Dog Services in Brisbane, Australia for eight months - walking, training and dog sitting. I have recently returned to my home town of Leicestershire and want to continue working with dogs.

My goal in life is to set up a dog sanctuary but for now whilst I’m caring for a family member I hope to walk some dogs, exercise them and give them love.

Previous Experience

I love animals, I have spent my whole life around animals; from spending a great deal of my childhood on a farm, doing charity work in India with street dogs to dog walking for a living.

I understand the importance of safety and I have experience handling different breeds, ages and doggy needs including caring for dogs with allergies and medical requirements, such as dogs that require an epipen.

Qualifications & Training

I do not have any specific qualifications however
I have built up trust and relationships with dogs that I have walked and cared for to improve there behaviour through constant training. Part of my job as a dog walker is ensure I maintain good training. I have experience with timid, unsocialised, puppies, grumpy old dogs and scared dogs. They all need love, encouragement, understanding and sometimes sternness. I have also looked after some dogs with severe physical and mental difficulties at sanctuary’s abroad. This was eye opening and took a long time to build up trust with these animals.

Other Services

I am currently offering my services as a dog walker and dog sitter. I can also do home visits if that is required. A standard home visit is for 30 minutes but I can stay up to 2 hours if required. Message me for your specific needs.

A standard walk will be 1 hour unless we come to a different arrangement. For example with some clients I have walked dogs for less time, if they are elderly prehaps, and then stayed with the dog for the remainder of the hour to keep them company.

I can take your dog on there favourite walk or on a new adventure. I always like to walk amongst nature where possible.

Dog day care - with some high energy dogs I can take them on half day or full day adventures.

When house sitting I can do small daily tasks such as water plants or take out bins and off course walk, cuddle and love your pup.
