About Me/ Company

I am 17, My main key skills which I believe will help me thrive in a working environment would be good communication, consistency and reliability which I have gained from my volunteering experience. Being both a volunteer and a shopper I realise the importance of customer service and I know that the skills I have gained will help me within a team of workers, but also contribute to producing happy customers which will help elevate the brand name. I am also an enthusiastic learner which means I can pick up new skills easily and apply them to my work, in order to offer the best quality service alongside a warm welcoming smile.

Previous Experience

Gillian’s Horse riding School February 2012 - March 2012

Stable Girl – I had to help clean the horses, grooming and washing horses. I communicated well with customers. I had to water 42 horses a day.

Creative Cultures July 2012 - August 2012

Volunteer – I helped organise my manager’s files and her work diary. I wrote down notes for my manager during conference meetings. I helped get the lunches and also promoted events on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. I also checked reviews.

Think Forward, Private Equity Foundation November 2011 – January 2013

Ambassador – I went to different events promoting our company and talking about how we can help youths aged 11 - 19 so we could get sponsors for our projects.

Coffee Mob Assistant- Trained on how to use a coffee machine and how to make different types of coffee

Sample London- Sales assistant; assisted customers, tagged clothing, did inventory, watched changing rooms and also cleaned around shop.
