Popcorn Pet Care is fully insured and DBS checked.
It was clear from a young age that care was always the career path I wanted to take.
After deciding I wanted to take my career to the next level I start my own business. Popcorn pet care gets its name from the excited burst of energy guinea pigs exert when they hare happy. There is nothing that makes me smile more when I watch my guinea pigs popcorn around the garden.
I personally have 4 cats of my own, three Ragdolls; Finley, Reggie, Kobe, who are joined by a handsome moggie, Charlie.
I also have 4 guinea pigs; Daphne, Nancy, and Rosie that entertain one little chap called Gorgonzola!
Previous Experience
Growing up I was always surrounded by animals, I spent a lot of time on my father's farm where I learnt to ride and care for horses as well as sheep, ducks, chickens and dogs.
My father ran a successful livery and doggy daycare business where I gained a lot of valuable first-hand experience and knowledge.
Qualifications & Training
I began to expand my knowledge and qualifications by certifying in Veterinary Support Assistant, Animal care and Pet first aid.
I enjoy regularly expanding my knowledge and qualifications by completing certified courses.
Other Services
I also offer Hutch and cage cleanouts for small animals on an ad-hoc or regular ongoing basis.
