About Me/ Company

My name is Pixie, I am a full time nursing student and as a result I have 2 months of availability over the summer. Pooches are my passion, nothing brightens my day more than seeing a fuzzy little guy/ gal enjoying a stroll in the big wide world and having a good ole sniff of EVERYTHING they can! Even as a home carer for the elderly when my duties strictly involved humans only, and we were advised to put pets outside or shut away in another room to avoid injury!!! I used to take people's pooches out for walks just because I adore dogs so much and the clients we had were unable to do so, and were very grateful for the extra help.

I had no idea that there was such a thing as a professional dog walker, sadly I am not one, I am not insured, for me it is not a job, it's something I love to do. I have owned dogs, I don't mind dogs being in my car, I am a non smoker and I have a good pair of walking shoes, lots of soppy voices and time to exercise and play with doggles over my summer term.

Qualifications & Training

Loving Animals often more than people.
All my official qualifications are in human genres I'm afraid, communications, English and psychology A-levels, NVQ 3 in health and social care and in and undergraduate in adult general nursing.

Relevant Info

I'm looking for part time work over the summer and thought why not get paid to do something I absolutely love and therefore people and pooches will get the best service from me because my hearts in it and I'll go home happy every day.
