We are proud to offer a professional and reliable service in Bedfordshire, tailored to your individual needs, so you can rest assured that your precious pet is lovingly cared for. Pets in Beds provides dog walking, pop-in pet visits to feed and play with your pet, pet sitting in your home, small animal boarding in our home, dog day care, dog boarding, a pet taxi service and home security checking (even if you are not a pet owner). Previous Experience

Hi, ​​​​​​I am the​ founder and owner of Pets in Beds and have been a very happy pet owner for many years; dogs, cats, fish, feathered and furry friends of all sizes!! I gained a lot of experience as an RSPCA Home Visitor, working for a pet sitting agency and looking after lots of pets for friends and family. I decided to use this passion to develop my own services for all creatures great and small.....and that is how Pets in Beds started!! I worked for many years as a police officer and have CRB Enhanced Disclosure.
Pets in Beds is fully insured. I am trained in pet First Aid and a certified full member of the National Association of Registered Petsitters UK. You can be assured that your previous pet will receive premium loving care tailored to their and your individual needs.

Pets in Beds offers 10% off your first booking with us. We also offer permanent discounts to clients of pensionable age, 999 emergency response personnel and currently serving in or retired from the armed forces. Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
We also operate a 'Refer a Friend' scheme which means that every time one of your family or friends receives a service from Pets in Beds, you will receive one free 30 minute dog walk or pop-in visit as a thank you from us.
Pets in Beds is fully insured to provide services in your home and ours. We keep client's keys in a secure cabinet and they are not identifiable in any way to your address. All initial consultations are free and provide a perfect opportunity for us to meet you and your pet.

Other Services

Pets in Beds provides dog walking, both solo and as part of a group. I am fully insured to walk 6 dogs at a time but to provide quality of care and attention I limit to 3 - 4 dogs at a time. I can either walk dogs for 30 or 60 minutes and if your pet has limited mobility, is elderly or a puppy, I can provide shorter walks and spend the rest of the time playing and giving loving attention.
Pets in Beds also provides pop-in pet visits to your furry, fluffy, feathered and scaly pet! I can visit to feed, clean and play with your pet 1 or more times per day. Pop-in visits are also suitable for dogs that require a let out in to the garden and lots of attention.
Pets in Beds is a fully insured pet taxi to transport your pet to any appointments such as to the vets, groomer, family and friends. Our vehicle is an air conditioned estate to ensure maximum comfort for your pet.
Pets in Beds offers small animal boarding in our home. We look after pets such as guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, gerbils, rats, fish, birds, frogs, lizards..........any creature really!!, giving you peace of mind that your pet is cared for whilst you are away.
Pets in Beds can provide pet sitting in your home. This will give you peace of mind that your home is occupied and protected and, just as importantly, that your pet is able to stay in their own familiar surroundings. Your pet will receive lots of love, attention and exercise according to their individual needs. Their daily routine can be maintained when you are away from home and they will be ready and waiting for when you return! The pet sitting service is provided for any type of pet. We also provide dog day care and dog boarding in a loving family home.
I am a former Police Officer and as part of the services offered by Pets in Beds I am able to carry out Home Security Checking to give you peace of mind that your house is secure when you are not at home, including when you may have taken your pet away with you. I will check all windows, doors, perimeters and external areas. I will turn lights on and off, open and close curtains, sort out the bins, mail and water plants. Pets in Beds also provides a 'Welcome Home' service to ensure that you return home to any food and pet provisions that you require.
