About Me/ Company

Placing pets in kennels/catteries can cause unnecessary stress and suffering to your pet. Allowing your pets to remain in their familiar surroundings, following their normal routines can be a much better choice all around. Pets and House can help!

I have had dogs and cats (various breeds/sizes and types) all my life and have also owned or currently own/have fostered or have previously cared for:

Birds of prey,
Puppies,
Kittens,
Chicks (many kinds)

I have owned/fostered and or trained all breeds of dogs from Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes to Mongrels and Chihuahuas (adults and puppies). I have owned, fostered or cared for pedigree and non pedigree cats and kittens. I started, coordinated and managed a chinchilla rescue service for some three years in Sussex and in my teens volunteered at a private animal rescue shelter for many years.

I will treat your pet(s) / house as carefully as if it/they were my own whilst in my care. I will shower your pet(s) with kindness and unconditional love and strive to ensure that your home is both safe and secure.

I am myself currently owned by 3 lively dogs (mum, dad and son), 17 rescue chickens and a very discerning ginger tom named Sam.

40 yrs experience with a variety of pets.
I am a life-long animal lover I personally feel a home is not complete without a pet or two or three even! Working with animal is not just a job for me, I love them all and enjoy caring for them whether my own or other peoples beloved pets. My animals mean the world to me and I know they do to you too.
