About Me/ Company

Pet Siting Bognor Regis is run and owned by Steve Bell.

“Working in direct sales for the best part of 30 years, the appeal of escaping from the pressurised target orientated world of sales and moving into a more vocational role is something I have wanted to do for many years. I want to work for myself so that I can set my own targets and work for as hard and as long as I want to.”

Born in Leicester Steve, grew up with dogs, including his mum’s Rottweiler called Sally and a Mongrel called Pebbles. “Sally was the soppiest and friendliest dog you could ever meet in your life, and I loved Pebbles to bits, he was always playing with me and my friends and I used to take him for walks constantly. We were always together when I was younger.”

Steve moved to the coast 30 years ago, and met his wife two years later. For years she tried to convince Steve to get a cat, but he was adamant he did not want one, “because they chew your cables and pee behind your TV” he explains. But eventually he succumbed.

“When we went to choose a kitten my wife was surrounded by five or six of them trying to play with her,” Steve recalls. “But one kitten came up to me and started playing with my feet and I knew he was the one for us. Six and a half years later he is still playing with my feet!

“Now I can’t imagine life without him. It’s funny how sometimes you can have a bad day, be it at work or otherwise but Jaffa is always a joy to come home to. Animals love unconditionally and hold no grudges.”

Previous Experience

I have many years experience looking after animals and look forward to looking after your favourite pets with as much care and attention I show to Jaffa, my own British Short Hair Cat.

Qualifications & Training

For my customers peace of mind I am DBS checked, Fully Insured and Certified in Pet First Aid.
I have also recently finished a Diploma in "Dog Walking and Pet Sitting".

Cat Sitting

Our Cat Sitting service offers you the flexibility of allowing your cats to stay at home while you’re away. It can be a very anxious time for you and your cats when you’re apart from one another, that’s why we’re here to make sure that your cats are well looked after in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

Dog Walking

Our Dog Walking service ensures your best friend gets exercised while you are out for the day or at work or if you are not able to do this yourself.

Dog Let Outs

Our Dog Let Out service means your pet gets a break outside in the garden while you are out or at work.

Puppy Care Service

We also provide a Puppy Care service with one, two or three visits a day.

Other Pets

In addition to looking after your cats and dogs we can also feed and care for any other animals you may have including mice, ferrets, gerbils, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, ducks, cattle, reptiles, chickens etc.

House Sitting

Do you have dogs that don’t like kennels and would prefer to stay at home? Or maybe you have a few pets that need to be looked after and it’s more convenient for you to have a professional pet sitter stay at your home while you’re away.

Our house sitting service is ideal for pets who need more 1-2-1 attention than our Pet Sitting or Dog Walking service offers. We can live in your house while you’re away, walk your dog(s), feed your rabbits, look after your cats, take care of your birds and any other pets you may have. In addition we can also water your plants and put your bins out as required!


Pet Taxi

We also run a Pet Taxi service (animals only please, not people) if you need your pet to visit the vets.
