About Me/ Company

I have been working with dogs for a few years now.
I’ve worked at Dogs Trust and for a dog walking company.
I’ve owned dogs my whole life, big and little ones and have built up a huge range of understanding from my experience so far.
I can’t think of anything better than spending a day with some lovely little pups and giving them the best time I can when away from their owners.

Previous Experience

Working at a rescue center (Dogs Trust) gave me experience with dogs that have a very wide range of behavioural issues. I had to learn the best, force free ways to deal with each dogs little quirks. With the dogs having breaks out of the kennels and then breaks being for only about half an hour at a time, we had to plan out the best ways to enrich the dogs whilst being in our company. It was really rewarding and fulfilling to see dogs improve from your care and being able to go on to live in a great new home.

Working as a dog walker was a big change from working in a rescue center. Having the freedom to take the dogs out anywhere you would like and being able to enrich them with nature and socialising. It had its challenges, like making sure all dogs were under control and enjoying themselves without getting into squabbles etc. But it was a great learning adventure and was the best job I could’ve asked for! To take the dogs back to their owners after a great time out and to tell them all of the great things their dogs got up to while they were out with me and sharing great stories with them. Really rewarding and positive job.
