About Me/ Company

Hi, we are Lynn & Gary and we have a passion for dogs! At present we are lucky owners of a laidback, gentle & very loving Siberian Husky named Floyd who is almost 3. Our son Ryan owns Floyds parents Sapphire & Hunter & when they get together they are a beautiful pack. We have both grown up with & owned dogs of all shapes & sizes most of our lives & looking after dogs is something we both enjoy immensely,

Over the years we have had a few bad experiences of boarding kennels with our other dogs, so we weren’t happy to leave Floyd anywhere he would be caged (He HATES them!) or even mistreated! We found it quite difficult finding somewhere that could offer Floyd the care & attention he needed which also catered for his energy with plenty of activities to stimulate & wear him out. So; when we were both made redundant last year Our pad your paws was created. We wanted to offer what we couldn’t find! A loving home from home bright happy & fun filled day for other people’s dogs as well as our own dog Floyd. We want them to feel totally at ease with their surroundings, with plenty to keep them occupied but most of all happy & comfortable while they were away from their own homes. If your dog is allowed on your bed or sofa at home, then he or she is allowed on them here too!

We run 'Our pad your paws' from our home in Bexley. I generally run most of the day to day care of Our pad your paws & Gary runs the other side of the business Our feet your paws a dog walking, pet taxi & home visiting service, and together we feel we can cover most needs & give other dog owners that bit of extra help when needed.

When it comes to walkies we believe that dogs should get solo walks or with another dog from the same home as all dogs are different, some like a run with a ball, some like to run through rivers/streams and some prefer just to sniff bushes & trees. By being walked in large crowds "their" enjoyment can be lost & sometimes large groups of dogs being walked together can cause a pack mentality which in turn can cause behavioural issues.
