The Oakington Dog Day Care Centre is set in a green village location, surrounded by lawns to the front and fields to the back and sides. Run and staffed by a dedicated team of dog lovers and dog owners.

Once your dog has arrived at our doggy heaven we rotate them as a group around our field, paddock and indoor play area so that they do not get bored by staying too long in one area. We have lots of toys, bubble machine, agility equipment, play equipment, sand pits, paddling pools, tyres and a fantastic ball pool. We vary the activities dependant on the dogs we have in that day and the weather be it too hot or cold, so no 2 days are the same helping keep your dog entertained.

We have a quiet rest time over lunch so that your dog can recharge their batteries in readiness for an afternoon of fun. This gives those dogs who have lunch a chance to settle before eating their lunch in privacy and then rest properly. There is a choice of beds, crates, duvets, pillows and sofas (providing they are allowed on them at home, of course) for the dogs to choose from to have a quiet nap.

All dogs coming to us need to have an assessment as the Dog Day Care environment does not suit all dogs. If your dog(s) pass the assessment then we arrange to have your dog(s) in for a trial half day to check that they really are happy to be in Dog Day Care. Once this has been completed and your dog has been accepted they are free to come whenever you like providing we have the availability.
