As a professional home and pet sitter, I provide a unique service which takes the worry out of holidays, business trips, weekends away and spells in hospital.
I can offer you peace of mind knowing that your house is secure, kept tidy, post and parcels taken in and plants watered etc and your pets will be happy remaining in their home with plenty of walks and TLC.

I can also provide daily visits to feed pets, walk the dog and water plants etc if local to my home location.

The first time Nicki looked after our two cats, Mitten and Buffy (who is blind and has very special needs!), I knew she was exactly the right person to leave in charge of our home and our cherished pets. Nicki is not only a kind, intelligent, sympathetic person, but she is really excellent at what she does. She is wonderful with animals and instinctively judges what both pets and owners need, then provides total support, backup and care - and a lot more besides. On each occasion she has been our cat sitter, we have come back to very happy, contented pets and a beautifully looked after home - which has consistently been in better shape than when we left it! I recommend her as highly as is possible, and just hope that she's doesn't become so much in demand that she's not free next time we go away!

Nicki first house and cat sat for us about two and a half years ago and we have used her at least a dozen times since. She has been a great presence in our lives and allows us to go away totally at ease in the knowledge that she is taking care of our cats, our home and other affairs while we’re absent. I am a writer and director working in television and theatre and have had to travel a lot for work recently. Nicki has given me the peace of mind to be able to do so without any worries about what’s going on at home.

One of our cats is blind and very sensitive but Nicki handles her brilliantly and both cats are really happy in her company. The house is always in better shape when we come home than when we left and we would trust Nicki with anything, from money matters to personal information.

Nicki is loyal, reliable, kind, smart and totally trustworthy and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Nicki has 'house sat' for me several times now and I can report that Nicki is an absolute gem. She settles in immediately and within an hour of the handover one is able to relax that she is in complete control of the situation and is capable of dealing with any problems or emergencies that might occur.

Nicki has many additional assets - she is bright, intelligent, ultra willing and practically never stops working. She obviously enjoys her job and anyone lucky enough to have her services will return to find their home and pets in perfect 'working order' - the house will also be cleaner and tidier than it has ever been.

As a person she is delightful, well spoken, has perfect manners and a great personality.

I could go on with my praise, but if I do, I fear she will become so overbooked that I will have no chance of hiring her again.

We were absolutely delighted to find Nicki. An added bonus for us was that she lives only about 10 miles away so we were able to meet her and introduce her to the animals. Instant connection! She was charming and clearly very experienced so we had no hesitation in booking her for 2 holidays this year. She has undertaken the first assignment and we look forward to her returning for the 2nd. An added bonus was that Nicki kept in touch whilst we were away thus we were reassured everything was ok....not that we had any doubt. We will definitely book her again and again.

Nicki was my first house sitter I had, had where I felt able to walk away from my house without feeling anxious, knowing that it was in safe hands and that it would be looked after. A week before arriving Nicki sent me a list of essential information for a house sitter visiting for the first time. Things I hadn’t thought of!

Nicki house sat at our home for 2 weeks while we were out of the country. During that time, she had full responsibility for our large property and our 2 beagle puppies. With superb dedication, she looked after our home and pets, provided regular updates to us, took one of our dogs twice to pre-booked vets appointments, walked the dogs every day, and was thoroughly diligent with the security of our house and its grounds. Upon return, the house was immaculate and was in excellent order throughout. Our dogs were very healthy, with gleaming coats. Nicki also took the initiative to liaise with our letting agency on a couple of unexpected matters that cropped up in our absence. Nicki is a superb house sitter and we recommend her without reservation. We will certainly be using her excellent services again.
