About Me/ Company

I absolutely adore animals - especially dogs. I have sadly never been in a position to own a dog, although I will one day, so being a dog walker/sitter really appeals to me.

I am extremely trustworthy and reliable, and I am also patient and kind and see dogs as feeling, trusting, sensitive, emotional and intelligent animals who need lots of love, attention and care, as well as someone to have lots of fun with!

Animal welfare is a big interest of mine (as well as a concern) and I would love to do my bit and feel like I was making a positive difference.

I also love outdoor exercise and am very energetic so walking dogs would be ideal for me.

This really would be an ideal way for me to pass the time.

Previous Experience

I used to walk my elderly neighbours' dog, George 3 times a week when I was much younger. George had a problem with his front legs and love to explore everywhere we ventured, so walking George used to take a very long time! I didn't mind though as he was very sweet-natured. I also had various other jobs walking friends' dogs, but again, this was when I was much much younger.

I have cat-sat for friends (while I have house-sat for them) and was responsible for feeding their cats, cleaning their litter trays, grooming them and keeping them company.

Relevant Info

Animals have always been a big passion of mine and I have been looking to volunteer as a dog walker for the RSPCA, however, there are no vacancies at the moment. I am an early riser and having the responsiblity of looking after a dog would mean that I'd have a brilliant reason to jump out of bed and go for a nice long walk in the park with a dog!
