RSPCA (Cats) 2008 - 2009
Working within the cattery with all aspects of animal care
The Hop Farm Beltring 2008
This was my second week of work experience for college. I mucked out, helped groom the horses and ponies, observed what went on and helped tidy and clean up the animal area.
The Animal Unit at College 2007 - 2008
Part of my course was to do two weeks of work experience at the college animal unit. This entailed working with the animals on the unit, cleaning them out, feeding them, doing health checks, enriching their environments and doing any necessary maintenance work.
College Road Vet Surgery 2007
This was part of my course to do a week work experience. I observed what went on, helped with cleaning and paperwork.

Hadlow College BTEC First Diploma Animal Care 2007-2008
Subjects covered: Animal care industry and organisations, Animal accommodation, handling and care, introduction to animal biology, work experience two weeks in professional establishments and two weeks on the college animal unit, animal welfare and behaviour, animal nursing.
