About Me/ Company

I am a recent school leaver who has a genuine passion for all animals, especially dogs.
I have owned a number of dogs (including helping to rear 2 litters of puppies) and have been the sole carer for them since young age.

Previous Experience

I currently own a Shetland Sheepdog but in the past have had a Border Collie cross Jack Russell Terrier, and a Golden Retriever cross. My whole family have a keen interest in dogs so I have been brought up around many breeds including German Shepards and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
Once a week I volunteer at my local Dog Training Facility where I use the owners Lurchers to demonstrate various commands and exercises.
Since the age of 12 I have done dog walking and sitting for friends and family and now that I am of the right age I have become insured so that I can hopefully start my own business.

Qualifications & Training

For the past 2 years I have been in regular contact with the Animal Management Section of Reaseheath College and have been offered a placement there twice aswell as the opportunity to find an apprenticeship through them. When assessed by them I was told that I would qualify to go into their level 2 animal management course.

I am currently looking into Jobs/Apprenticeships surrounding animals and have been researching 'Managing Your Own Small Canine Business' and 'Canine Psychology And Behavior' courses also through Reaseheath.
