About Me/ Company

I'm based in Wednesbury and cover the Black Country and Birmingham area.

I will get to know your pet before I look after them to ensure they get a fully personal and unique experience.

I grew up in Cumbria and was up climbing mountains every weekend, whatever the weather, always with a couple of dogs in tow, so I'm no stranger to the eclectic British climate. Come rain or shine, I'll be there ready for a walk.

Previous Experience

I've always been an animal lover and, in my time, I've owned dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, stick insects, gerbils and zebra finches. On top of this I've also looked after rabbits and fish, so I have plenty of experience with a variety of animals.

I currently take a feisty rottweiller for a daily walk.

Qualifications & Training

I'm a fully qualified canine first responder (dog first aid).

I'm also currently studying for an NCFE in Domestic Pet Care Level 3, in which I am grading at distinction level, to ensure I can give your pet the best care possible.

I can provide daily text message updates if required.

You must leave details of your vet with me. I will contact you if I need to take your pet to the vet, all costs must be paid for by you.

You must inform me of any behavioural or medical problems.

The first five miles of each trip I need to take to collect your pet and then to return to my base is included in the price. Any additional travel is charged at 40p per mile.

I have my own car so don't need to rely on public transport and can drive right to your front door to collect your pet and drop them off.

Other Services

•Dog Walking

Walks for single dogs are £7 for 30 minutes or £11 for an hour.
Walks for two or three dogs are £9 for 30 minutes or £15 for an hour.
Poop bags, treats and spare leads are included. You must supply at least one lead.
Dogs will only be walked together if I am 100% happy that they will behave.
Dogs will always be kept on a lead.
Walks will take place in parks/ wooded areas where possible.
Puppies under six months will only be walked for a maximum of 30 minutes and only if you can provide evidence of a full set of vaccines.
You must inform me if your bitch is in heat or of any behavioural or medical problems.


* Small Pet Boarding

For rodents and small birds, the price is £4 per night for the first animal and £1 per night for each additional animal in the same cage.
Bowls and small tanks of fish are £3 per night, regardless of the number of fish.
Rodents such as hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, degus, rabbits and guinea pigs, small birds such as finches, lovebirds and budgies, bowls or small tanks of fish will all be kept in my warm, safe and comfortable home.
I will feed, water, handle if required and administer medication if required all on a daily basis.
Cages and tanks will be cleaned every three days, unless otherwise requested, ensuring the final clean is done just before you return so you don't have to worry about it when returning from a trip.
All cages, bowls, tanks, food, bedding, toys, medicine and any other essential items must be supplied by you. If I need to replace any of these items, they will be charged back to you, but I will inform you before purchasing.
Sitting for other animals such as parrots, spiders, reptiles and amphibians can also be arranged following consultation.
A report form will be filled in each day stating what I did and when and any comments.

* Cat Home Visits

I can visit your cat in his or her own home where they will feel most comfortable.
A half hour visit is £6.
A one hour visit is £10.
During the visit I will feed and water your cat, clean any litter trays, administer medication if needed and give plenty of love and cuddles. If required, I can also pick up your post, water your plants, open/ close curtains to make it seem as if someone is staying there.
I will also fill in a report form for each visit stating the time I arrive and leave, what I did and any comments.
