About Me/ Company

Hi! My name is Melissa. I have been a dog lover all my life, and have been surrounded by breeds of all kinds since I was two years old. I am now 23, have had a soft Staffordshire Bull Terrier of my own for 11 years and am experienced at walking dogs of any temperament on any terrain in any weather. I am happy with dogs ranging from tiny to huge (I have walked both Yorkshire Terriers and Newfoundlands), from puppies to old darlings, and know how to cater which kind of walk to which animal. I know as well as any dog lover that a dog is a member of the family, and will treat them with nothing less than the utmost respect and love, as if they were my own.

Previous Experience

As previously stated, I have been surrounded by dogs from an early age. Dogs I have walked in the past have included labradors, yorkshire terriers, staffordshire bull terriers, collies, newfoundlands, mongrels, and westies. I am happy and comfortable with caring for one dog on their own or a group of dogs (the largest number I have cared for at once is five, in Canada, all of different age and temperament). I am happy to walk in parks, forests/woods, beaches, quarries, suburban areas, busy areas, etc.
