About Me/ Company

Hi I’m Mel and I have always loved being around animals. My first dog was a long haired Alsatian when I was 7. It was love at first lick, I trained him and our other dogs, since they where puppies and have developed the most rewarding bonds.

I love being around dogs & cats and have recently rescued a Tabby called Ruby.

My passion for my pets is why I made the leap in to dog walking and pet sitting. Every day I get to play, run and have so much fun with dogs which is why I opened my own business Fetch the dog.

I think of my dog walking as more than just a walk. I build a caring and safe environment for them to have fun and play. I will train when needed and fuss them with lots of care and attention. Its all about getting the most out of our time together making sure that each dog is treated as if it where my own. So when they get home they are well exercise ready for a good old bowl of water and a cuddle on the sofa

Dog Walking

Let me walk your dog when you cant.

I offer you a professional, reliable and friendly service which includes;

A full hour walk in your local park
Runs off and on leads for bigger breads
Social and play interactions
Lead & Handling training
When they poop, I scoop
I am happy to dry your pet if you provide a towel.
Cuddle and a bowl of cold water before I leave
I do also offer taking your dog to the vet or dog groomer
Dog Day Care

Let me look after your dog when you are at work or out for the day.

They will receive two walks daily 1 hour each.
Play and cuddle time
Be feed and clean down
I can pick-up and drop-off your dog for you
Dog Boarding

I can also offer over-night boarding, short or long term.

Cat Feeding

Cats are happier in a familiar environment.

Visit once or twice a day, as needed
Feed and clean litter trays
Pick up mail and water plants
Most importantly provide company and a cuddle

I am Police checked and have Public Liability Insurance (including key cover) and references are available upon request.
